Nutricity ProTerms of Service

1. Who this agreement is with
These Terms govern your use of Nutricity Pro (the "Service"), a platform that lets nutrition professionals ("Studios") build diet protocols and manage their clients. If you sign up on behalf of a Studio, you confirm you have authority to bind that Studio to these Terms. If you join as a Client of a Studio, a separate section below applies to you.
2. The Service
Nutricity Pro provides tools to design protocols, assign them to clients, track measurements, generate shopping lists, and process client payments where enabled. We may add, change, or remove features at any time; we will make reasonable efforts to notify Studios of material changes.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a Studio account.
4. Studio responsibilities
Studios are solely responsible for the professional nutritional advice, protocols, and recommendations they provide to their Clients through the Service. Nutricity Pro is a software tool, not a medical or nutritional advice provider, and does not review or endorse the content Studios create. Studios must hold any professional qualifications required by their jurisdiction to provide nutritional guidance.
5. Client use of the Service
If you use the Service as a Client, you are interacting with the Studio that invited or enrolled you, not with Nutricity Pro as your nutrition provider. Any health or dietary decisions should be discussed with your Studio directly. You may request an export or deletion of your data at any time from your account settings.
6. Payments and billing
Studios on paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at checkout; fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Where a Studio enables client payments through the Service, those payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) under its own terms, and the Studio — not Nutricity Pro — is the seller of record for its services to Clients.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no reverse engineering, no unauthorized access to other tenants' data, no uploading of unlawful content, and no use that violates applicable healthcare, data-protection, or consumer-protection law.
8. Data and privacy
Our collection and use of personal data, including health-related data entered by Studios about their Clients, is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you acknowledge that Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with notice where reasonably possible.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". Nutricity Pro is not liable for the accuracy of nutritional content created by Studios, nor for outcomes arising from protocols followed by Clients. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email; continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance.
